View Call Logs

To keep a track of Logs in a campaign
It is sometimes necessary to keep a track of Call logs made by users in a campaign.
To view Call Logs in a campaign :


  1. 1.
    From the sidebar go to the campaigns section and select the type of campaign.
  2. 2.
    Now, all the available campaigns will be visible
  3. 3.
    Select the campaign whose logs you need to view.
  4. 4.
    Now, on the top of the screen from the View option, Select the Call logs option.
  5. 5.
    All your Call logs will be available on the screen,
