View Call Logs
To keep a track of Logs in a campaign
It is sometimes necessary to keep a track of Call logs made by users in a campaign.
To view Call Logs in a campaign :
- 1.From the sidebar go to the campaigns section and select the type of campaign.
- 2.Now, all the available campaigns will be visible
- 3.Select the campaign whose logs you need to view.
- 4.Now, on the top of the screen from the View option, Select the Call logs option.
- 5.All your Call logs will be available on the screen,
