# Introducing Chat Support for Admins

NeoDove is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our valued users. To further enhance your experience and streamline the resolution of any questions or concerns you may have, we have introduced the Chat Support for Admins feature directly within the Dashboard. With the new Chat Support for Admins feature, accessing immediate assistance and resolving queries has never been easier
