Download Report

In order to download the Lead Summary and Call Logs Report from the Campaigns, we need to click on the Download Report option.

Even for the User & Campaign Reports, if the report count goes more than 5000 records then also we need to get the report downloaded from the Download Report Section only.

Once, we click on the Download Report option from the Lead Summary or the Call Logs inside any of the Campaigns, we get a pop-up notification regarding the Report getting ready for the download where we need to select that what are the columns we want to get it downloaded within the report.

Then we need to go to the Download Report Option from the left-hand tab of the screen.

Then, the 'Download Now' link will be created just beside all the Reports inside the "Download Report" section.

Once we click on any of the link, the respective Report gets downloaded.
