What kinds of tasks fall under the category "Reported by me"
Tasks that were reported and created directly by the user for another fellow user are visible under the 'Reported by me' section.
Let's explore the steps to view the tasks that are reported by you:
Log in to your NeoDove mobile application.
Select the 'My Task' option from the screen just beside the 'My Report' button.
Next, click on the "Reported by me" option.
Afterward, all the tasks reported by me to other users will be visible on your screen.
To review the details of a task assigned to you, click on that specific task. Subsequently, you can 'view' the lead details and update the status of the task with comments.
Press on the 'Call' button for calling.
After adding the desired comments for that specific task and selecting the updated status, click on the "submit" option at the bottom to have the status updated for that particular task.
