Learn how to integrate your NeoDove account with Shopify

This Shopify integration enables you to integrate your Shopify account with NeoDove.

You’ll be able to view all the new orders generated from Shopify on NeoDove as lead.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your NeoDove account (https://connect.neodove.com/login).

  2. Go to the Integrations section, present on the left side-bar of your screen.

  1. Once clicked, it will re-direct to a new window which shows all the types of Integration present in the system.

  2. Then need to click on the "Shopify" option from the lot.

  1. A menu bar will appear, select the campaign for which you want to integrate Shopify.

  1. Now, click on the Submit button. The integration has been created in NeoDove successfully.

  1. To activate this integration, you need take the API URL (Endpoint) from NeoDove Active Integration and add into your Shopify Account.

Steps to add this API URL in your Shopify Account

  1. Login into your Shopify Account.

  2. Go to "Settings" and then navigate to the "Notifications" option.

  3. Click on Webhook.

  4. Create a new webhook and there add this API URL of NeoDove.

  5. Then select the event/trigger of this webhook as "Order Creation".

  6. Save it and your integration is completed now.
