This HubSpot integration enables you to integrate your HubSpot account with NeoDove.

You’ll be able to view all the leads generated from HubSpot on NeoDove.

Features that come with HubSpot integration


  • Make every lead count - Any lead who enquires for your services on HubSpot.com gets captured automatically into your NeoDove campaign, ensuring zero lead leakage.

  • Stop entering leads manually - Lead gets captured and mapped automatically, thereby eliminating the effort of entering each lead detail manually.

Steps:


  1. Log in to your NeoDove account ()

  2. Go to the Integrations section, present on the left side-bar of your screen.

  1. Once clicked, then need to click on the "HubSpot" option.

  1. A menu bar will appear, which will ask you to put the Access Token of your HubSpot account in order to integrate with NeoDove.

  1. Then, in order to get the Access Token from the HubSpot account, we need to login to our HubSpot account with our credentials.

  1. Post login, you need to click on the 'Settings' option at the top of the screen.

  1. Then you need to click on the 'Integrations' option from the left side of the screen.

  1. Post that, you need to click on the 'Private Apps' option.

  1. Then, you need to click on 'Create a private app' option.

  1. After that, it will redirect you to an another page asking you to put the basic details of that particular software which you want to integrate. So, here we need to put the basic details of NeoDove CRM as we want to integrate with NeoDove.

  1. After putting the basic details, you need to click on 'Scopes' option beside the 'Basic Info' option. Post that need to click on the 'CRM' option from left hand side of the screen.

  1. Post that, need to select a few of the scopes in order to create the app.

Scopes: The details that needs to be aligned with the Leads Data for managing and visibility purposes. The same details will get populate with the Lead's Details in NeoDove post integration.

  1. After selecting the Scopes, then you need to click on the 'Create App' option from the top right corner of the screen.

  1. Post that, a pop-up will come to reassure in order to create the private app or not.

  1. After creation of the NeoDove private app, then you will be able to get the Access Token which can be copied and then pasted on NeoDove CRM in the Integrations section.

  1. Then, you need to go to the NeoDove Integration page and paste the Access Token under the HubSpot account section and click on 'Next'.

  1. Post that, you need to select a Campaign with which you are integrating your HubSpot Account. Then accordingly, the leads will start populating in the NeoDove campaign from your HubSpot account.
