# Calling Leads Through 'Filters'

### **To initiate calls based on specific desired 'filters', follow these steps:**

1. **Log in** to your NeoDove Mobile application.
2. Go to the dashboard and choose the "**Filter**" option from the top of the screen.

3. Multiple filters are available to **refine** the data, and you can apply more than one filter to **retrieve** specific, targeted information.

**Note:** If you want to **search** for any lead you can just fill in the **basic details** of that particular lead i.e., name, email, or phone number, and click on the **apply** button from the bottom of the screen, and the particular lead will appear.

4. After choosing the specific filter, click on the **apply** button to retrieve the exact filtered leads. To initiate the call flow for the filtered leads, click on the "**Start Calling**" button at the top of the screen.

5. Once you click the button, **leads** will start appearing.

6. If the **automatic call dialing** option is enabled, the system will automatically initiate the call after a **set interval**. If not, you can **manually** start the call by clicking on the number. Subsequently, you'll receive a **notification** on your phone, allowing you to make the calls from the **dialer** as needed.
7. Select your **preferred SIM card** for making the call, especially if you have a **dual-SIM** phone.
8. The app will automatically **place** the call, so there's no need to **dial** the number manually.
9. &#x20;Once you've successfully finished your call, **proceed** to the Lead Details Form or Customer Details Form.

**Note:** By default, to make calls, click on the **lead's contact number**. If you prefer automatic call dialing, access the **settings** in the Admin portal to enable this feature. Once enabled, calls will automatically initiate based on the **set time interval** when the lead appears on the screen.
