Let us understand the basic steps of onboarding in NeoDove

Get Onboarded in 3 Easy Steps
Add Agents:
First need to login with the admin credentials in (connect.neodove.com).
Then, the first screen which will appear is the Dashboard.
Post that need to click on the Manage Users at the bottom right corner of the screen.
A new window will appear where the list of Users would be visible.
Then need to click on the top right corner of the screen on the "Add User" button.
Post that a pop up screen will appear.
There, need to put all the details of the user whom we want to add.
After putting all the details, need to click on "Submit" to get the user added.
Upload Lead Contacts:
After adding the users need to come down to the "Dashboard".
Post that need to click on the "Contacts" option which is present at the top left corner of the screen.
A new screen will appear where we need to click on the "Upload Contacts" option which is present at the top right corner of the screen.
After clicking, a pop up screen will appear which will ask to browse the data from the system which we want to upload as leads.
Post selecting the required file, need to select the campaign where exactly we want the data to get uploaded.
Then after, need to map the data columns with the required fields of the campaign to get the data uploaded with proper attributes.
Get Started by Calling:
Your File is now uploaded with the list of contact details present in the excel sheet.
You can now access the particular campaign and start calling.
Check "Reports" for detailed data analysis.
