NeoDove came up with the following updates in the month of August

Feature Enhancement in Facebook Integration


We have added the capability to select the FB lead forms along with the FB page selection. This will increase the scope of the integration and customers can keep customized contact fields in different FB lead forms.

For example, on a single Facebook page, customers can keep one form in English and one in Hindi, both of which can be integrated with contact field customizations.

Bug Fix: Incorrect Data in Reports


We have fixed data inconsistencies in the reports related to calling time and average call durations.

Disposing another user's lead will not reassign that led to you automatically anymore


We have made two key changes:

  1. The lead info page now shows whom the lead is assigned to.

  2. If a user opens another user's lead and disposes of it, the lead remains assigned to the previous owner unless the user reassigns the lead to themselves while disposing of it.

Uploaded Files Table on Campaign Page and Deleting a campaign journey

  1. In the Uploaded Files section inside the campaign view on the Admin Portal, only the uploaded files are shown (previously included integrations, Google Sheet sync, etc.).

  2. Deleting an uploaded file will now delete all leads created by that file, regardless of their status.

  3. Deleting a campaign earlier used to happen instantly. From now they will see a loading bar instead, and larger campaigns may take longer to delete.

Enable 6-digit Prefix Search in Contacts


Currently, users have to enter the full phone number to search any lead.

For some organizations, the last 4-digits of the number are masked. We have now added the ability to search through the first 6-digits of the number.

New UI/UX of Creating an Engagement Form


We have made significant improvements other than changing the entire UI of creating an engagement form:

  1. Preview: See how your engagement form will look to agents while creating it.

  1. Variables in Send Message: Easily add variables to Send Message templates with a dedicated dropdown.

  1. Section Navigation: Define the next section after completing a section. Earlier this functionality was there in Custom lead form.

  1. Send Message Upload File: Clarified that uploaded files are for email attachments only, not WhatsApp.

  1. Duplicate Section: Duplicate sections to avoid recreating similar questions.

  1. Naming Convention: Updated question type names for easier understanding, especially for those familiar with Google Forms.
