How do I add a new user to my NeoDove account?
To add a new user, navigate to the "Manage Users" section in the admin panel, click on the "Add User" button, and fill in the required details such as name, number, password and role. Then, click on "Submit" to add the user.
What roles and permissions can I assign to users?
NeoDove offers various roles such as Admin, Manager, Assistant Manager and Executive, each with different levels of access and permissions. Admins have full control over the account, Managers have limited administrative privileges, and Executives can access specific features based on their role in the organization. Even, new roles are also can be created and even the existing roles can also be edited with their permissions can be customized.
Can I edit or update user information after adding them?
Yes, Admins or Managers can edit user information such as name, email, role, and permissions at any time from the "Manage Users" section in the admin panel. Simply locate the user, click on the edit icon, make the necessary changes, and save.
How do I deactivate or delete a user from my account?
To deactivate or delete a user, go to the "Manage Users" section, find the user you want to deactivate, and click on the deactivate or delete icon after clicking on the three dots under the "Action" section. This will prevent the user from accessing the account and their login ability will get revoked.
Can I track user activity and performance within NeoDove?
Yes, NeoDove provides comprehensive user activity logs and performance metrics. Admins and Managers can monitor user activity, call logs, lead interactions, and performance metrics to assess productivity and identify areas for improvement from the Reports, Trends and Campaign section as well.
How many users can I add to my NeoDove account?
The number of users you can add depends on your subscription plan. NeoDove offers flexible plans with varying user limits. You can upgrade your plan or contact support to increase the user limit if needed.
