The main purpose of the admin application is to give the admin the ability to view reports and other useful information quickly directly from his mobile phone. If you have admin login credentials then you can login in to the neodove app with the admin view.

The sections of the app are as follows:

  1. User call report

  2. User login report

  3. Campaign report

  4. Lead source summary

In the user call report you can view the call reports of your users ,where the information of calls attempted, calls connected and leads converted is captured. Only today's data can be seen. You can also set a filter on calls attempted, calls connected and leads converted. By default, it is set to calls attempted

In the user login report , you can view the productivity of the executive as it captures the information like calls attempted, calls connected, average call duration, etc. Only today's data can be seen.

In the campaign report you can view how your campaigns are performing by being able to see information like calls attempted, calls connected and leads converted and leads lost in that campaign. You can also set a filter on calls attempted, calls connected and leads converted. By default it is set to calls attempted. Only today's data can be seen.

Lead source summary helps gain a comprehensive visual representation of the diverse channels through which your valuable leads are originating. Get the complete picture at a glance, allowing you to optimize your lead generation strategies more effectively.

There is a hamburger menu that facilitates the options like switch to user view, contact support , latest updates ,feedback and logout.

The switch to user view option is available only for the admin where he can switch to the user view and view his calling activities as a user would do. Also there is a option to switch back to the admin view in the hamburger of user app that is again only available for the admin.

Why this update?

This update helps the admin in viewing the reports and other data through a mobile app. It also allows the admin to make calls to leads by switching to the executive view.
