# Message Activity Report

A **comprehensive analysis** of messaging activities aimed at leads across **different communication channels**, such as WhatsApp, email, and SMS, **focuses on** understanding how each platform performs **in terms of** engagement and conversion rates. 

It **evaluates** the frequency, timing, and content of messages to **determine** which strategies are most effective **in capturing** the attention of potential customers. 

This **analysis** also considers the preferences of different target audiences and how they **respond** to each type of communication. 

Furthermore, it **examines** any correlations between messaging techniques and lead generation or conversion outcomes.

### To view the **Message Activity Report,** follow these steps:

1. Go to the "**Reports**" option from the left-hand tab of your screen.

2. A new window will appear, where you need to **click** on the fourth option from the top that is the "**Message Activity Report**".

3. Then another window will appear with the **message activity details** of each and every users.

### The data can be further filtered in multiple ways for better analysis:

1. **Date Wise:**

### Message Activity Report Download or Share:

The data from the message activity report can also be **downloaded** for further analysis or record-keeping.&#x20;

It can be **shared** with others in **various formats**, such as Excel, PDF, JPG or CSV, making it convenient for collaboration and reporting.&#x20;

This option allows you to **customize the visibility** of specific columns on the dashboard for your analysis, downloading, or sharing.&#x20;

You can select or unselect particular columns based on the data you want to **focus** on in the report.&#x20;
