# Lead Disposition Report
In-depth analysis of how leads are being handled and disposed of by each agent in the organization
A **comprehensive analysis** is required to understand how each agent in the organization handles and processes leads.
This **involves** examining how leads are managed, tracked, and followed up on by every individual, as well as **evaluating** whether they are being effectively converted or discarded.
By **assessing** the methods used for lead handling and disposal, the organization can gain **insights** into how leads are distributed and worked on, **determining** whether agents are maximizing their potential or missing opportunities for conversion.

The **goal** is to ensure that all agents are aligned in their approach to lead management, **improving** overall efficiency and success rates.

### To view the **Lead Disposition Report,** follow these steps:

1. Go to the "**Reports**" option from the left-hand tab of your screen.
2. A new window will appear, where you need to **click** on the third option from the top that is the "**Lead Disposition Report**".
3. Then another window will appear with the **disposition details** of each and every users.
### The data can be further filtered in multiple ways for better analysis:

### Lead Disposition Report Download or Share:

The data from the lead disposition report can also be **downloaded** for further analysis or record-keeping.
It can be **shared** with others in **various formats**, such as Excel, PDF, JPG or CSV, making it convenient for collaboration and reporting.

### Lead Disposition Report View Option:

This option allows you to **customize the visibility** of specific columns on the dashboard for your analysis, downloading, or sharing.
You can select or unselect particular columns based on the data you want to **focus** on in the report.
This **flexibility** ensures that only the **relevant information** is displayed or shared, helping you tailor the report to **meet your specific needs**.
By selecting columns according to your **requirements**, you can streamline your analysis and make data-driven decisions more efficiently.
