We have come up with the below-mentioned list of Updates this month

In call log reports, admin can download the call log report and analyze using a pivot table in accordance with his needs. now with this new uodate he can also distinguish between his executives who are making calls and those who are not.

Under dropdown type questions as well, the CCP mapping will show now for both Campaign Form as well as Custom lead Form.

A button is provided for easy switch between call logs and lead summary. With the help of this update the user can easily and quickly navigate between call logs and lead summary.

The main purpose of the admin application is to give the admin the ability to view reports and other useful information quickly directly from his mobile phone. If you have admin login credentials, then you can login in to the NeoDove app with the admin view.

Users can edit the role names according to their needs by clicking the edit icon besides the role name.

With the help of this update the user can navigate and see all the updates in the product with just one click. This is in the form of a button on the dashboard.

With the help of this update, the user experience will now be very smooth for the user as he will be able to perform multiple tasks from the dashboard itself and along with that, he will be able to see all necessary information of his leads and campaigns.

With the help of this update the admin has more control over what the executive can see and what are the actions that can be performed by him in the mobile app.
