Integrate NeoDove with third-party applications to automate the sales process
What is Integration?
Integration refers to the act of linking a SaaS platform with other software services or platforms. This facilitates the sharing of data and automation of workflows.
Integration is particularly important for cloud-based software solutions accessed via the internet, as it enhances their functionality and expands their usefulness.
Few functionalities of integration are as follows :-
Data Sharing :- Integration enables the seamless sharing of data between different online platforms and applications. For instance, you can transfer lead data from NeoDove to your server or another platform to update details, or vice versa. This facilitates efficient data management and synchronization across various systems.
Functionality Exchange :- Integration grants access to the functionality of other platforms using the resources of your application. For example, you can automate WhatsApp or email templates for leads in NeoDove by integrating your WhatsApp or email marketing tools. This streamlines communication and enhances efficiency in lead management.
Workflow Automation :- Integration enables workflow automation to boost productivity. For instance, you can automate lead transfers to internal teams based on lead status in NeoDove. This streamlines operations and ensures efficient lead management.
Real-Time Updates :- Integrations facilitate real-time update notifications and reporting through collaborative tools. This enhances communication and ensures timely insights for informed decision-making.

Integration in NeoDove
NeoDove's partnerships and integrations with various third-party platforms facilitate the seamless acquisition of leads from diverse sources across industries.
Once these integrations are set up, leads from these sources are automatically added to NeoDove campaigns and assigned to your team.
This ensures that NeoDove operates smoothly, almost autonomously, eliminating the need for manual lead uploads and enabling agents to focus on productive tasks.
How to go to the Integration Page on NeoDove Panel?
Log in to your NeoDove account ( https://connect.neodove.com/ )
Go to the "Integrations" option, from the left-hand tab on your screen.
How can you see and manage your active integrations?
Log in to your NeoDove account ( https://connect.neodove.com/ )
Go to the "Integrations" option, from the left-hand tab on your screen.
Click on the "View Active Integration" button on the top right corner of the screen.
Once clicked, you will redirect to a new window where you can view and manage your active integrations, and if required also delete, applying conditions.
Post that, you can come back to the previous page where you will be able to access another option that is the "View Logs" option.
Enhanced logging now provides detailed records of lead creation, merging, and failures in file uploads and Google Sheet syncs, improving visibility and traceability.
The Logs can further be filtered through Campaign Wise.
Along with that, the logs can also be filtered through Source Wise as well.
After filtering; when the exact data will be visible, then at the extreme right hand side of any of the particular upload there is a "View" button which gives a complete visibility on a lead level whether it got created, merged or failed.
The lead level visibility for a particular upload can be filtered through different status.
Note: The Logs are being maintained for a maximum tenure of last 30 days only.
