When your user goes to My Follow-ups on Mobile Application or Web App, now he or she will see a quick filter on the top which will be pre-selected as Today to show all the follow-ups that the user has due for today.

The much awaited Organization or Global Level lead duplicacy is here. But wait, there is more. We have come up with not just only organization level or campaign level lead duplicacy, but even pipeline level lead duplicacy for you! There will be two ways in which you can manage lead duplicacy.
First is an option inside Preference from the Admin Portal where you can choose Global Level Lead Duplicacy for all campaigns. When this is selected, all campaigns will automatically follow whatever setting you have done on preference page and it cannot be changed by anyone other than you or the person with Admin access.
Second is that when you from the Admin Portal allow that each campaign can have its own Lead Duplicacy setting. Now in this case, the campaign manager will be able to select two things inside Lead Duplicacy settings. First will be that any lead coming into this campaign should be checked for duplicates within this campaign only, or within the pipeline or within all campaigns globally.

The walk in lead module which your user would see as a card when they go to Mobile Application has now been brought to the Web App as well keeping in mind to maintain consistency throughout our product.
On the Web Application now your users will be able to manage their walk in leads in a better way just like they can do it currently on the Mobile Application.

The not connected reasons can now be edited to bring more relevance to whatever process your Organisation have been following before switching to NeoDove.
For e.g., what we call Did Not Pick and Call Not Connected could just mean DNP for your users since till date that's how they have been managing the status of their calls. With this update, we wish to make switching to NeoDove easier and bring down the learning curve for your users.

We are bringing a brand new way of setting up retries for Not Connected calls. Earlier you could only set up how many times a lead should be retried and how much gap should be there between each retry.
Now we have made it more flexible in a way that you can choose that the first retry should happen after 1 hour of the first call and the second retry should happen after 1 day after the previous retry to avoid annoying away your leads while maintaining a more logical way of retries.

We have introduced the Lead Assignment Date Filter for the Agent App, Agent Portal, and Admin Portal. This feature allows users to filter leads by assignment date, making it easier to focus on recently assigned leads.

The Save Filter feature allows Admins to streamline lead management by saving up to 10 custom filters.
Similar to the Agent Portal, Admins can quickly access and apply previously saved filters to efficiently view specific lead sets based on defined criteria, improving overall productivity and data analysis.
We've introduced a new permission under the "Mobile" group: "Allow user to edit lead information."
This feature allows admins to control whether users can modify essential lead details, such as the name, primary number, alternate numbers, or email address. When this permission is removed, users will no longer have the ability to edit or add these critical pieces of information.
We’re excited to roll out the Focused Downloads feature for both User Call Reports and Campaign Reports.
This update lets users download only the specific columns they need rather than the entire report.By clicking the download button, a pop-up window will appear, allowing users to select columns like Total Calls Attempted and Average Call Duration. After making selections and clicking "Download," users can view the report with only the columns they requested.
