"**Trends**" in NeoDove refer to **graphical representations** of various reports, enabling admin to visualize data trends over time.&#x20;

These trends **help** admin or managers understand patterns and changes in their data, aiding in informed **decision-making**.

## Lets understand the benefits of Trends:

1. **Identify Patterns:** Trends enable admin or managers to recognize recurring patterns or fluctuations in data, providing insights into customer behavior, lead conversions, and campaign performance.
2. **Monitor Performance:** By tracking trends, admin or managers can monitor the performance of their sales activities, marketing campaigns, and lead engagement over time. This allows for timely adjustments and optimizations to improve overall performance.
3. **Make Informed Decisions:** Visualizing data trends facilitates data-driven decision-making by providing a clear understanding of past performance and predicting future outcomes. This enables admin or managers to make informed decisions about sales strategies, resource allocation, and campaign adjustments.
4. **Track Progress:** Trends help admin or managers track progress towards their goals and objectives by visualizing changes in key metrics over time. This allows for the assessment of progress and the identification of areas for improvement.

Overall, trends play a vital role in **enhancing** data analysis, **facilitating** performance monitoring, and **supporting** strategic decision-making within the **NeoDove platform**.

### Steps:

1. **Log in** to your NeoDove account ([ https://connect.neodove.com/](https://app.neodove.com/) )
2. Go to the **Trends section**, from the left-hand tab on your screen.&#x20;

3. Once clicked, it will redirect us to a new window where the complete **graphical representation** of reports would be visible.
4. There are **2 categories** of trends available&#x20;

### Business Trends

There are **multiple pre-developed charts** available within the Trends section:

* Call Attempted V/s Call Connected
* Total Call Duration
* Total leads closed vs Total leads converted
* Leads Added
* Lead Sources
* Lost Leads

### **User Trends**

There are **multiple pre-developed charts** available within the Trends section:

* Call Attempted V/s Call Connected
* Total leads closed vs Total leads converted
* Total Call Duration
* Average Break Time per Day
* Average Number of Breaks per Day
* Lost Leads

5. Add widgets to trends page for quick insights and analytics

Widgets help you gain quick insights on your business and user performance. There are 4 pre-selected widgets on each dashboard visible.&#x20;

5. There are **filter options** at the top of the screen along with **beside** every charts as well to get the **filtered graphical representation** as per our preference.&#x20;

**Note:**  At a time, only 4 charts and 4 widgets can be **populated** in the dashboard so in order to check other graphs or widgets we need to go to the **"Graph & Widget"** filter option from the top of the screen and then need to select that **specific 4 graphs or widgets** which we want a visualization on.

There is another unique option called "**Request Graph**" which will allow you to put your **request** or **suggestion** regarding any new graph whatever might be useful or crucial for your business perspectives.

Accordingly, our **NeoDove Product Team** will analyze and understand the **crux** of the requirement and then accordingly will do a **meeting** with you.&#x20;

Then, accordingly we will start working on the same request if it seems like a **great feature addition** in our Product for future run.&#x20;
