NeoDove users can now integrate their Zoho accounts directly, allowing seamless data flow between platforms.
This integration automates lead management by pulling Zoho data into NeoDove, enhancing lead tracking and organization.
The DoubleTick & Wati integration enables NeoDove to capture WhatsApp messages as leads as soon as a new message is received, saving time and reducing manual data entry.
NeoDove now includes a built-in Dialpad, allowing agents to initiate calls without needing to create a lead first.
