Zoho Integration

NeoDove users can now integrate their Zoho accounts directly, allowing seamless data flow between platforms.

This integration automates lead management by pulling Zoho data into NeoDove, enhancing lead tracking and organization.

DoubleTick & Wati Integration

The DoubleTick & Wati integration enables NeoDove to capture WhatsApp messages as leads as soon as a new message is received, saving time and reducing manual data entry.

Dialpad

---

NeoDove now includes a built-in Dialpad, allowing agents to initiate calls without needing to create a lead first.

This feature supports various telephony options, including personal SIM, PSTN, and VOIP. After the call, agents can decide to add the contact as a lead if needed.

Move Lead Journey

Users can now move leads between campaigns across the Admin Portal, Agent App, and Workflows.

This flexible feature includes options to assign users, update lead stages & tags, and automate lead management.

Mobile App - Admin Reports + Trends

Filters (for user, date, and campaign) are now available on the mobile app, with the filter settings persisting across login sessions for consistent reporting.

Renewal Awareness Phase 2 for VAS Services
