The dashboard is notably divided into three sections-
1. Lead Stats - The Lead stats deliver a statistical overview of all the leads present in your account. It helps you to check the total leads uploaded in your account. It also displays the total number of open leads, along with that pending with agents, scheduled, not connected and closed.

2. User Stats - The User stats compiles and delivers an overview of all the users added to your account. It helps you to check the total number of users in your account. It also displays the total number of active users, along with their Average Start Time, Log-in and break-hours.

3. Campaign Stats- The Campaign stats compiles and delivers an overview of all the available campaigns in your account. It helps you to check the total number of campaigns in your account. It also displays the total number of active campaigns, along with total calls attempted, calls connected and the average call duration.
