# Edit an Engagement Form

The '**Engagement Form**' option proves useful in such cases, allowing for timely adjustments to campaigns.

## Steps:

1\. Go to **Pipeline** > **Type of Pipeline**.                                                                                                                                                              2. Just select the **Campaign** that you want to **edit**.                                                                                                                                          3. Inside the selected campaign, in the top right-hand corner, there is an "**Action**" button.

4. Once clicked on "**Action**" button, four more options will appear and from there we need to click on the "**Engagement Form**" button.

5. Once clicked on "**Engagement Form**", a screen will appear with the **already setup details** and in order to **customize** the script form or engagement form, we need to drag and drop the particular **question type** to the right hand side under the **Section**.

5. After editing, click on the "**Save Changes**" to get the changes made in **script form or engagement form** saved.

6. **Preview of Engagement Form:** On the right hand side the user can see the preview as well of the engagement form that is being created in a mobile view so that it is easy to imagine how is it going to look on the mobile view.
