Reports in NeoDove provide a straightforward method to assess your organization's overall performance by offering comprehensive data on users and campaigns, available in the reports section for your convenience.

In NeoDove, we offer a few types of reports. Those are:

  1. User Report

  2. User Activity Report

  3. Lead Disposition Report

  4. Message Activity Report

  5. User Call Report

  6. Followup Report

  7. Login Report

  8. Campaign Report

  9. Campaign Lead Report

  10. Campaign Stage Report

After getting inside the Reports section, there are multiple options available at the top.

  1. All Reports - It showcases all the reports available in NeoDove along with their descriptions and categories of it.

  1. Recently Viewed - It showcases the recently viewed reports in NeoDove.

  1. Favourites - It showcases all the favourite reports marked, by enabling the star mark on the right hand side of each respective reports.

  1. Download Logs - It showcases all the requested download reports along with the download links with it to get it downloaded.

Under the status column, need to click on the respective Download Now link to get that specific report downloaded.

  1. Search Reports - This option helps you to search the specific report in one go out of the whole lot of reports.

  1. New View - Other than the classic view, NeoDove has a new view as well to showcase all the reports with the detailed descriptions.
