User Reports

The User Report is a valuable tool for examining the performance and efficiency of users within the organization.
It enables the monitoring of both executives and managers, providing a comprehensive overview of their activities and contributions.
Steps:
Log in to your NeoDove account ( https://connect.neodove.com/ )
Go to the Reports section, from the left-hand tab on your screen.
From the dropdown menu select User. You will be redirected to the User Reports section.
Three types of User Reports are available:
Call Report
Log-in Report
Follow-Up Report
You can view any Report based on your requirements.
