User Call Report

Evaluate the performance of users in the organization

User Call Report provides information that allow you to assess the efficiency of users from various perspectives.

To view, the User Call Report follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Call Report option from the left-hand tab of your screen.

  1. From the sidebar, the reports will appear.

  1. On the top-left-hand side of your window, there are some filters.

  2. Apply the necessary filters section to narrow down reports based on your specific needs and preferences.

  • Date range filter - With this filter, you can view reports for particular dates by selecting the desired date range on the calendar.

  • Users filter - This filter lets you access reports for the users you've specifically chosen, focusing on their performance.

  1. Apply the necessary filter settings, and then click on "OK" to generate the desired reports.

  2. Once you've applied your chosen filters, you'll be presented with a comprehensive report that aligns with your selected criteria.

  3. To download the detailed report, simply click on the "Download Report" button located at the top of your screen beside the filters option.
