Reassign Leads
Transfer Leads from one User to another
You can re-assign leads (if required) from one user to another user from the NeoDove web-portal. For example - If one of your sales executives decides to take a month's break from work or in between due to an emergency then you may want to assign those set of leads to some other executive.

Steps

  1. 1.
    Log-in to your NeoDove account ( https://app.neodove.com/)
  2. 2.
    Go to the Manage Users section from the menu on the dashboard.

    By default, a list of all the users is visible
  2. 2.
    In this list, under the heading Action, you will find a menu icon (3 vertical dots) against every user’s name
  3. 3.
    Click on Reassign leads option from the menu bar
8. A new menu will appear under the name Reassign Leads with two options - (i)Campaign (ii)User
9. Now, put a tick against the campaign which you want to reassign to other users
10. Select the user whom you want the campaigns to be re-assigned
11. Click on update when you are done
