All the leads uploaded go through different stages until it is finally closed. Tags further provide easy identification of leads.
These stages help the users to identify the stages of all the leads or milestones achieved by the lead in the sales funnel i.e Open, Closed, Converted. The tagging feature also enables users to associate leads with relevant tags for easy identification.
Go to the campaigns section.
Choose a campaign type (sales, service, etc.) of your choice.
Once you click on the campaign type (For example - Sales), you are redirected to the campaign details of all the Sales Campaign and vice versa.
Click on the Settings option at the top right-hand section of your window.
4. A new window appears with two sections. The top section holds a flow chart under the heading Transition diagram and the bottom holds a Stages and Transitions.
5. In the right corner below the transition diagram, there is a button to Add Stage
6. Add any state that you think would be fit - Open, Lost, Details sent, Converted etc. 7. Just type in the text box, and click on Add to add a stage
8. Adding Tags
To further add tags and transitions to the stages, select any stage
Choose the transitions of your choice
You can add as many Tags as you want. E.g - hot, cold, warm (You can assign different tags to different transitions)
Now, click on the Save button

9. A flow-chart of all the Stages and Transitions added into the selected campaign type is visible at the top of your window
Points to remember
The Stages, Transitions and Tags can only be set at the web-portal. The executive while operating the app has to select the appropriate tags and stages depending upon the outcome of the call.
